Dr. Benjamin is an Associate Professor at Lewis & Clark Law School where she teaches energy law, climate change law, environmental justice and administrative law. She is the Vice Chair of the UNFCCC Compliance Committee (Facilitative Branch) and was an advisor to the Government of The Bahamas in the UNFCCC negotiations. She researches in the areas of climate, environmental and energy justice.
